this is by far one of the worst pharmacies I've ever gone tothey make you wait hours for prescriptions that have been pre delivered by the doctorthey also never answer the phone will have you waiting over 35 minutes to ask a question they continue to place you on holdand the house that you will hang up eventuallythe technicians are rude under qualifiedthe pharmacist is even more rude... never offers consultation on any prescriptions ...read more

Actually, they deserve no stars. I have had two very bad experiences at this pharmacy recently. I call in the prescription ahead of time and then go pick them up after an hour. I go through the drive thru because my two year old granddaughter is in the back seat, sometimes sleeping. The speakers at the drive through do not work well. I have never encountered anyone at the CVS Pharmacy who is not a foreigner. They are almost always Nigerians. Their English is not good and I have a great deal of trouble both hearing them and understanding them. My most recent transaction took about 20 very upsetting minutes during which I was trying to tell the person that their speakers were not good and I couldn't understand him many many times. I even asked for my prescription back to take it to Walgreens because I was so aggravated. I intend to transfer all of my prescriptions to Walgreen's and never go to a CVS again.
