If you are a renter, do not use this company. The unit will not be cleaned before you move in and repairs will not have been made. You will have to fight to get the repairs made, and the staff will try to get you to make them yourself (after telling you that its your fault the repairs are needed). I had problems with rats and they told me it was my problem, not theirs. When you move out they will try and keep your deposit and will charge you for things other places dont...sounds like a scam to me.If you are an owner, understand that basic maintenance will not be done on your property. The tenants will be encouraged to make repairs even if they do not know what they are doing. I had rats in my unit and they were chewing the walls and electrical wiring, but they wouldnt help and never sent an exterminator. I am sure those rats did thousands of dollars in damage, but Waters didnt care and as a property owner I would have been angry, because it was preventable. ...read more
