I loved going to this place because it's one of the only liberal spots in Georgetown. It also does great English breakfast tea. However, the customer service has gotten terrible! They literally don't look at you when you walk up to the counter or ask if they can help you. i have heard of the coffee shop attitude, but if they aren't careful, they will turn everyone away.
