Neither myself, nor my wife look like a biker. It was intimidating walking into yet another Harely store. The folks at the Garland shop (Dallas Harley) made us feel welcome as soon as we came in the door. Clearly all stores mean well, but this store followed through. Before I left, the owner came down and spoke to my wife and I about helmets and different exhaust for almost an hour before we knew he was one of the owners.
