Tote Unlimited

1.0

By ACBuser

I just had the most un-believable bad experience with this company. I called and spoke to the owner of the business for a broken item. He said the item has two years warranty and asked me to send it back to him. I explained to him that the item was right around the two years borderline but he said to mail it back anyway. Inside the package, I put in a note to let me know if replacement is not possible, how much it will cost. Two months later, I did not hear back from them. I called and spoke to the owner again. He obviously mis-placed the box and had to go find it. Then he told me there is no replacement. I asked him why nobody contacted me about how much it would cost to replace it, he offered no apology and became argumentative. He accused me of trying to cheat him out of a free bag. Eventually he hung up on me. I called back to speak to someone who is rude too. Don't do business with this company. They are nasty and poor quality of their products. ...read more

Office Depot

I extensively researched printers online and eventually chose the Brother 2270 laser printer--Amazon had this for $113 new. I also wanted to check if it could be bought in the local area--Google pointed me to numerous Office Depots in Fort Worth--the Google site said that it was in stock for $99 at several Fort Worth Office Depot stores. I went to the store and it was $149. The salesman said it went off sale yesterday and wanted me to by the cheaper Brother laser printer which had less features and sold for $99. He did verify the Brother 2270 price listed on Google but said the manager wouldn't honor the price--an earlier customer had already complained! There's a name for this tactic: it's called "bait and switch". He said, "It's not our fault Google has it wrong." Hmmm. Won't go back. ...read more

Custom, Hand-Made Neon For Less

Looking to get more foot traffic into your retail store or restaurant?   The U.S. Small Business Administration is very clear that your on-premises signage is the #1 draw for local customers.   Sure, you could buy a bigger and better primary sign, but that's really expensive. A less expensive way to increase your attractiveness to customers is to leverage the front window space you already have.   And, the best way to use that window space is with an illuminated sign that will get more attention than plain vinyl lettering.  Neon is the time-proven solution to getting that attention. We do offer both open signs, and also pre-designed signs for a variety of businesses.  However, to maximize that return on investment, a custom sign is almost always the right choice.   And, it's less expensive that most business owners think.   Our base model is a large, 13 inch high by 32 inch wide sign that can fit one or two lines of text.  It costs just $190 for the base price, then $7 for each letter that you add.   We also offer several other sizes, including a huge 20x37 model.   And, not just letters either...we have a variety of custom templates that already include a picture that matches your business theme. Our selection of template-based custom signs is here: http://www.neonsigns4you.com/catalog/Custom_Neon_Signs-586-1.html And, if your sign will be text only, we offer something that most other shops don't....a way to design the sign yourself, online.   You pick the sign size, colors, fonts, and wording...and you'll get a realistic preview instantly, including the pricing:  http://www.neonsigns4you.com/custom.php Our custom signs carry the same "no breakage guarantee", and full 1-year warranty that our signs boast.   And, we're pretty fast too.   Custom signs take from 1.5 to 2 weeks to produce, then they ship UPS ground from Los Angeles.    ...read more
