What can I say about Brown Fitness? It has literally transformed my life...Erik is an awesome instructor! He always keeps it fresh with new exercises and I always feel like im doing something different. I've been going for about 3 years and I would definitely recommend Brown Fitness to others. His exercises are only part of the benefits, there is also the nutrition side which is rare in a gym. I am the type of person that needs to be pushed while exercising and Erik does that. ...read more

Brown fitness is by far my favorite! I signed up for a six week challenge and lost ten pounds, toned my arms and legs and got stronger in my core. (I looked fabulous for my twenty year hs reunion!) After the six week challenge, I made Brown Fitness a part of my lifestyle and I've been going for over two years. Every work out is different and challenges you to work hard. If I need an extra motivator Erik helps get me on track with my nutrition and encourages me. I am in better shape at 40 than I have ever been in my life! ...read more
