I will not do business with this company again. Their broker Peggy Eggert promised to reschedule an appt and failed to do so even lied about talking to me or promising to do this as I have email and rate confirmation with her handwriting as proof. When is the right time to replace your older forklifts? I get this question all the time and for the most part it's hard to say it all depends on how you treat your forklift and how well it has been regularly serviced. A good rule of thumb is when your forklift has over 10,000 hours on it or if you are spending more money on parts and labor then you would be if you just popped for a new one.
