Fresh Fare is NOT Fresh. Most of the items are squeezed out of a bag, I have seen an employee do this in front of customers. Not made by a Chef as the sign proclaims "Chef Prepared". There are no certified chefs in this deli/bistro. I inquired about a salad and I could not get an answer, then the woman behind the counter finally flagged a "Chef Bob" over (who was friendly); and assured me that every item in the "Chef case" is indeed "fresh and Chef prepared". I think the store is nice, beautiful produce section. However, the employees have no knowledge of where the product in their deli case is from. If you value innovative and fresh seasonal items do not visit this deli. I also know for a fact (because I know an employee), that if you like to think you are eating in a clean new store, look again.
