Placed order for carport,they called me set a date to be here. Was here on that date at 7am and gone by 8am. I live way out in the country and no problem finding my house. The guys that showed up we very professional there was no just standing around, they went to work when they got out of truck. After paying my deposit on april 12th for them to come back and put sides onto my carport which they installed a few weeks before May 16th rolls around and still a no call and no show.I call the dealer whom I ordered thru and was told they would call them and I never heard back from them ! so I called CAROLINA CARPORTS and was told no ordered was ever recieved.I went to the dealer for my refund and they went thru the motions of giving back my refund by swiping my card again and I did not look at my part of the paper that was given back to me and when I got home and went online found they had charged me again for the deposit and had to go back again to get my refund,and oh by the way they claim that Carolina Carport lost this order. ...read more

I find it unacceptable for Carolina Carports to promise to call back and not follow thru with their promise. The Emory, Texas location has not called me back as promised and my e-mails to the corporate office have not been answered. At least they are consistent in doing nothing. I guess it is shame on me for not checking them out before ordering a carport and making the deposit. ...read more
