Worst expirience for the bride and us the bridel party.They make alot of promises, the wait till the VERY LAST MIN to give you what you ordered and what you ordered was not what you asked for in the 1st place, but you have no chose but to do it because they don't offer refunds, and we are not made of money. Owner Elizabeth makes excues for the seamstress. The seamstress does a poor job the 1st time to see what she can get away with and you have to hold there hand to get what you want. Horrible job from the dresses to the flowers. Here’s my story, you judge. Valentine’s Day 2012 I ordered half a dozen roses, half a dozen lilies, and a faux marble vase along with a stuffed bee. The order was placed and payed a week in advance. The day of Valentine’s Day my wife received a cheap glass vase, with roses that were freezer burned with torn petals. When my wife called me and expressed her disappointment I immediately called them at 11 AM. They seemed sympathetic to the mistake and promised to call me back. At 1 PM I decided to call them back and explained the entire issue again. They promised that they would send the driver with the right arrangement to my wife before 4 PM. At 4 PM the driver called me and said that he would go to my house with the arrangement. After waiting for 45 minutes he arrived with a second arrangement. The arrangement was lacking the lilies and the roses were again burned and wilting. I again called the florist and after some arguing they instructed me to keep both arrangements (despite my wife wanting to send both back) and go to the shop the next day and I would be given a refund. So the next day I went to the shop as agreed and the owner was not there. After some time the employee managed to track her down and again explain the whole situation. She then instructed the employee to only give me credit for another arrangement. I refused the credit and spoke to her on the phone. She explained to me that my expectations were too high and that all the money had been deposited in the bank. When I explained to her that I would tell others of this story she began to yell and I handed the phone the employee. So in the end I spent $150 and ended up with two terrible arrangements and a disappointed wife. ...read more

The owner of this shop is absolutely wonderful. I was planning my daughter's Sweet 16 in El Paso but I live in Florida and the staff did everything and anything to help me organize the party! There was never a time that I called and the owner did not return my call in a prompt amount of time. She worked w/my daughter and me to come up with original creations from the center pieces to the party favors. The only regret I have was that I didn't meet her sooner because it would have saved me so much time early on in the planning. The staff is wonderful. I made an appointment to get individual service to plan my wedding. I got my tuxedos, invitations, floral centerpieces, bridesmaid dresses, and my wedding gown here. They have helped me pick out beautiful arrangements for everything from mother's day and Valentine's day to birthdays and weddings. All of the staff are incredibly talented with impeccable taste. The in store selection is slim. The store does not appear clean. There are no guarantees and no refunds. The staff has an "I don't care " attitude, and never did I seem to be a priority.
