Worst expirience for the bride and us the bridel party.They make alot of promises, the wait till the VERY LAST MIN to give you what you ordered and what you ordered was not what you asked for in the 1st place, but you have no chose but to do it because they don't offer refunds, and we are not made of money. Owner Elizabeth makes excues for the seamstress. The seamstress does a poor job the 1st time to see what she can get away with and you have to hold there hand to get what you want. Horrible job from the dresses to the flowers. Even if someone recommends you go to this place, DON'T, there are more bad and negitive reviews at Emily's then good, that should tell you something. ...read more

My business offers great service. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will do what it takes to make our customers happy. The buck stops here so there are no rules getting in the way of our ability to get customers exactly what they need. If you have a special situation (such as delivery requirements, after-hours service, or anything else), please contact us -- we want to work with you! One example of our great customer service was when a customer need flowers for his girlfriend. He was going to propose that night and could not find any Flower shop open. He took a chance and called my store at 12:00 a.m. He didnt know if we would anwser but to his suprise I did. I was able to get out of bed and open the store for him to get the flowers he needed for that special moment when she said "I Do" ...read more
