Just the other day I went to a service call on a fairly new home around 20 months old, the owners have been clients for @ least 5 years and this is their first new home so everything is in mint condition when I knocked on the door my client was in a disarray she had noticed mud tubes on the side of her new home after a brief inspection she was sad to find out their new home had termites yes termites ........she couldn't understand how a new home could have termites after all its a new home.. well first things first nobody told the termites this was a new home.
