This place has to be the worst McDonald's I have ever been too. Service is terrible along with the food. Drinks are old and watered down, and your order is guaranteed to be wrong. This place is great if your into getting ripped of, or if you like getting out of your car to correct your order. This could be a result of the computer instructions being in English. ...read more

Despite the fact that my cashier, "Andres" was rude, the service sucked! I came through the drive thru on my way home expecting to get what I ordered, but instead nope, half of my order was missing. I paid $13.51 for 5 hot wings, 2 strips, 1 leg and mashed potatoes. It was 7:13 on a Friday night, I was the only person at KFC with two teenagers working, goofing off in the back of the kitchen. How can you mess up a simple order?? By the time I got home and noticed the error, I called the number on the ticket 3 times and of course no one answered. Go figure. The service was horrible and the food, defiantly not worth it. KFC on 11330 Montwood Drive beyond sucks!! Save your money and time and find another KFC!!! ...read more
