By far the best buying experience I ever had. I came in "ready for battle"...I had all my research done, I knew the numbers and what they could do with them, and despite all that, fully expected to be given the "car dealer" experience. I expected to have to argue about numbers, be treated like I didn't know anything about the buying process, be given less than what I should be for my trade in, etc etc...and I was completely wrong. Despite having that previously described experience with pretty much every dealer I've ever been to, I did not get that with Adam. He was genuine...like REALLY genuine. Not fake car saleseman genuine. He didn't jerk me around on price. He didn't try to pull the wool over my eyes on trade in value. He didn't do anything other than what I needed. Read that sentence again : he didn't do anything other than what I needed. Have you EVER heard of a car salesman doing that? I haven't. Until Adam. The genuine vibe was present with everyone I dealt with at Bill Utter, even the guys detailing and washing my new truck. I didn't leave there feeling like I needed a bath or to go to confessional, and I have NEVER had that anywhere else when car shopping. These guys nailed it.
