I have been going to Hollywood nails since 1997. I missed going because I was not close enough to go there. When I went last Thursday night I had the worse experience ever had there. One employee complained in anther lannguage the whole time i WAS GETTING MY EYEBROWS AND PEDICURE DONE. tHE LITTLE GAL THAT DID MY DESIGNS NEVER SPOKE a word the whole time. She turned her back and walked awy while I was trying to thatnk her. The man that did my nails was so rough and rude. It was a sad experience for me because I will not go back. Having read great reviews for this nail salon had me out to trying this place. Well, I am not so impressed. My appointment took no more than 20 minutes. I didn't see any "happy" faces from any of the technicians. I was really looking forward to a nice, relaxing, long lasting "spoil me" time. I was out of there in no time.
