They ask for you to arrive to the bus station an hour before your bus departure, which is understanding YET they can't have their buses arrive on time. We have been waiting 2 plus hours (not including the hour beforehand) this is ridiculous. july 30 2014 we left Chicago to texas on our way we broke down in ullin,il.just 6 hrs.from Chicago we were here from 8pm until 12.30 pm july 31 and the bus was not fixed,the driver said one is coming but nothing happen.we had no help from tornado bus line and no help from the driver that's 20.30 wehad to find away home cause there was help from bus line we will not use tornado ever again good thing that we got our money back,but others can not get refunds toilet is like being in an out house stinks bad I mean bad I can not see how tornado bus line can pass sanitary regulations unless mexican people do not complain about this conditions tornado office in aurora,il. toilet does not flush the waits is to see the door in tornado office in Chicago does not lock any body can walk in while you are sitting down ladies room got more to say but will stop for now. ...read more

I travel to Mexico a lot and I always try to find the best bus transportation that will get me to my destination fast, safe, and comfortably. Los mismos is by far the best! I get there quicker than I would by car, and they only stop once so that we can get to our destination quick and they have a better price that other buses! I plan on going on bus this summer and I'm surely going to use los mismos! ...read more

We purchased the tickets over the phone. When we arrived to with our luggage ready to leave they did not have us on their system and they did not let us leave evne though we had a confirmation #. Next day we checked our bank account they had charged us for the ticket!!!!! We called to get our money reinbursed and to this date we have not recieved our refund.
