They ask for you to arrive to the bus station an hour before your bus departure, which is understanding YET they can't have their buses arrive on time. We have been waiting 2 plus hours (not including the hour beforehand) this is ridiculous. Plus customer service is rude and when asked the approximate time of his arrival, all they gave me was " they're on I30". That information is no help whatsoever. Never again coming here.
