I found this place while killing time in Dallas and boy let me tell you, I'm blown away. I called to get directions and spoke with Chris on the phone. After arriving at the store about 20 minutes later, I was welcomed by Chris, the same person who gave me the directions. He had thorough knowledge on every product I inquired about in the store and without his excellent customer service, I wouldnt have bought anything at all. Normally I just order my gear on the internet to get the best prices but I was so pleased with the serviced I payed a few dollars more and just bought from them instead. I live in far West Fort Worth and when I need gear...I will not hesitate to drive the 60+ mile round trip to go to the folks at DPSS. Their outstanding customer service is worth the trip.
