This woman is extremely rude and insulting. She spent 30 minutes telling my how terrible my brows were - which they are not, She tweezed only, tinted them and then told me to use her gel to make hair grow. I have thinning eyebrows and the hair DOES NOT grow in some places and her " magic gel" will not make hair grow in those places. She then penciled in an area and told me this is how they should look for a more youthful appearance- I looked like I had to raccoon tails on my forehead! $ 200.00 dollars later- yes, TWO HUNDRED.....and my brows don't look any better- only darker. Ummm...how can you not fall in love with Tisha. What a sweet talented makeup artist, who cares so much from the moment she meets you. The first time I met her she hugged me twice then said, " I didn't get enough the first time" which was so cute. Other than being one of the nicest people I have ever met, she is an AMAZING make-up artist. I felt and looked beautiful and so did everyone else. I don't have enough kind words to say about her. Not sure if under new management in the last few years but we have visited this spa for the past 5 years and have had nothing but a good experience...until now. They were not honoring a deal that I purchased even after conflict on their part (not all of the staff was on the same page). When I spoke with the manager she did nothing but talk down to me and even cut me off and hung up on me over the phone when I was going to express my concern to her. Have brought several family members and friends here over the past few years and never again will I (or anyone that has gone with me) come back.
