Mai Le Nails in Park Cities on Lover s Lane is the very best of the best. Driving from Frisco,Texas to Mai Le Nails in Park Cities is the highlight of my week. I happily pass other nail / pedicure spa salons along the way because of the quality and great customer service. I love the fact that they all nail technicians work together to spoil me. TROPHY NAILS WORSE NAIL PLACE IN DALLAS.they are not your typical asian nail salon. VERY RUDE, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, rude and obnoxious comments to customers love to imitate what they have heard from black customers there favorite word to repeat "Already" they seem to think its a joke how black people talk in dallas..the employees are very rowdy. customers have way more class then the nail salon workers.they have only one good nail tech and have a,male nail tech that has suffer hand sweats while doing your nails. His hands were so sweaty and wet the whole time he did my nails. 3 of my solar nails broke less then 2 days after I got them done. And it was pure hell just to get them to fix the 3 nails just because the man that originally done my nails was off. My daughter and I made appointments for mani/pedis based on reviews here. We were not disappointed. Our nail technicians, Molly and Ty, were excellent and very friendly. Unlike other salons, Molly and Ty asked for our approval on clipping, filing, etc., before making a move, and they followed our instructions! Everyone called us by name upon arrival and departure. This has slowly become my favorite nail salon although getting someone really good can be a shot in the dark. The ambience is nice and relaxing and I'm a fan of the free wine...woohoo! My first experience here was amazing. I usually get french manicures and the lady who worked on me was terrific. The basecoat they put under the white tip had my nails looking sharp for weeks. I kept going back to the same lady and one day the unthinkable happened, she no longer worked there! Wait a minute! That's so unfair! Do you KNOW how hard it is to find someone good?!!! The next person that worked on me was not so good. You could tell their inexperience. I tried a couple other places but then decided to give them another shot. Again, I got someone who wasn't as experienced but much better. I'll keep coming here because I think their nail products are superior. I'll just keep rotating until I find someone I really like. \t\nTypically at nail salons and any business at that have set prices for services and everything. I've gone to this location a couple of times and tried to give the benefit of the doubt BUT NOPE! \t\n\t\nThere is NO HOPE FOR THIS PLACE!\t\n\t\nThis past week I went in to get my acrylic nails removed. Mind you I got my nails done at that this salon 2 weeks prior. The lady said it would be $5 for removal so it was okay. Once I was in there they changed the price of the removal to $10. I wanted to talk to the manager and they said he was in Vietnam. Then I asked to talk to someone in charge and these two men were yelling at me that it's $10 and another woman was telling me it was $8. It was pretty rude and unprofessional for the men to yell at me. So I was about to leave but I saw the girl who did my nails and asked her why did she say $5 and not $10. And she was like I don't know.
