I started a new position at a local school in my area two weeks ago, when I was quickly informed of things being stolen once or twice a week for a undefined time. they had only door video monitors and no other security. I quickly did research and found Home Spy, were I found a wall clock with a self contained DVR system which would take a 32 GB SD Card. I told the man at Home Spy "Travis" the situation and he concluded that this would be a good fit for what I needed. I told him I needed tomorrow which at this point was already 3:00 pm his time (CT). He told me to hold and in three minutes came back with a plan, which included him speaking to the owner and together, they were getting my order built and shipped out to me that night and I would have the next day. Like clock work (no pun intended) the clock came and the only thing I had to do was switch the 1 GB SD card with my 32 GB SD card which I had already. I hung the clock a little to low (my fault) but still identified the culprit. I just needed a better view of this person doing it. I moved the clock to the other side of the room and bingo. The culprit was caught red handed in beautiful color,motion and date stamped. I was then able to view the video on my laptop (I had purchased a SD card viewer already) and emailed the video to the proper authorities at which they were able to open and view the video as well. Let's just say this person is up a creek without a paddle, the boat is leaking,and their time has just run out (OK pun intended there) I have truly received a great service from Home Spy along with a quality product,and service. I and my new bosses are pleased, and at the same time sadden by the outcome. I would love to show you the quality of the video but the lawyers would not be happy with me. I give Home Spy five stars for me and I would recommend anyone who needs security and surveillance to give them a call. everyone's situation is different but the people at Home Spy would be a great start for you to have your needs met. I on the another note have to say CHT Systems did a wonderful job for us from the start to finish. they were very considerate of our needs and were very detail oriented.
