TERRIBLE
They took our kids Ipod with a broken screen but worked 100%. Made me sign a contract that I thought was just a typical repair contract but neglected to tell me that in it states that they are not responsible if it doesn't work anymore. What sort of repair company typically takes products that are working and give it back to you in worse condition. Regardless of what I signed I think it's insane to make a business of repairing things that are often more broken when you get it back but you still pay for the repair. They don't even plug it in at the end or I wouldn't have paid at pick up. Basically kids work there. Not a professional environment at all. Terrible business and even worse service.

felicia and jessica are awesome, kept the beat when overly packed with customers... GREAT GREAT my phone was beautiful afterwards and very knowledgable those two girls are just like techs and can pretty much diagnose right there but still advise to have a diagnostic test. Love it and they will get my business again whenever i need it!
