They took our kids Ipod with a broken screen but worked 100%. Made me sign a contract that I thought was just a typical repair contract but neglected to tell me that in it states that they are not responsible if it doesn't work anymore. What sort of repair company typically takes products that are working and give it back to you in worse condition. Regardless of what I signed I think it's insane to make a business of repairing things that are often more broken when you get it back but you still pay for the repair. I called C3 to install new computers in my doctors office. At first I was nervous about the upgrades because I use a software called Dentrix and my entire practice depends on this database. Let me first say this, when C3 says that they can do it, they can do it. Second, C3 performed so flawlessly that when my staff arrived on Monday, all they could say is wow no glitches. My past IT service provider could never do what C3 has done. They have this service team call the Tiger Team. These guys are awesome! C3 may not be the cheapest of the bunch, but I am the person that believes in the saying "You get what you pay for."
