Don't waste your time at a department store, and don't throw money away on cheap luggage. These stores have the best brands as tested by Consumer Reports and they price match, but they usually have it for the least anyway. I do not recommend this store at all. You are better off going to a different luggage store. I was cheated by them.I took in my luggage to them with a lifetime warranty. The zipper and handle were broken. I would not be able to use this unless both the zipper and handle was fixed. Upon entering the store, the manager inspected the luggage and recommended that I also fix the wheels. They pushed me to fix the wheels. I paid the shipping charges and waited almost a month before the luggage was shipped back to the store. ONLY the wheels were fixed. Nobody walked me through the repairs. I took the luggage back in good faith that everything was fine. Apparently not. The zipper and handle were still bad, and I was charged $48 for the wheels. A price I would have gladly paid if they weren't new wheels on a still useless piece of luggage. Upon taking it back, they apologized and said they would fix it for free. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED/UPSET with this establishment!!!! My family has used Cobblestone in Fort Worth for years. However, last year I sent my Coach diaper bag in for a strap fixed. I payed for the repairs at that time and was told they needed to send it to the Dallas location. I was then handed a tiny claim ticket as record of my payment and bag (this bag was a gift from my Husband and retails for $450.00). Unfortnately, my toddler had got ahold of my purse and wallet misplacing my ticket. Shoot! Sorry! Things happen! When I went to claim my bag, they told me that because I did not have my tiny claim ticket that they could not locate my bag ANY other way! WOW! I thought it was 2009 (2008 at that time) and they cannot locate my bag? I believe they CAN locate it but WON'T! Sounds fishy to me. This establishment is shady! I call from time to time checking to see if they have found it. This bag is very special to me. Don't take anything to them if you want it back! ...read more
