Acme Glass & Tinting is on the ball. they show up before you expect them, the pull out all the stops, go above and beyond, and still don't charge the expensive prices that other Glass Repair shops would have you spend. The windshield was chipped and I thought that it will be difficult to repair it, but the chip was removed so well without any trace of flaw whatsoever. In North Richland Hills, Texas these people have carved a niche by providing their prompt service. I just moved to Dallas two years ago and bought a home in University Park. I was referred to BTX by a neighbor. We had BTX come over and customize the curtains in the living room and in the master bedroom. The first year they looked great and worked like a well-oiled machine. Nowadays they are slow, very slow. Half the times I cannot even get them to open and it is just easier to manually open them. I have tried to call them to tell them about the issues twice and both times I never received a call back. I get it, you do not want to deal with an unhappy customer, but I spent a ton of money on these motorized curtains and I would expect better customer service. I do not recommend these guys, sorry. After I posted this review, "Jennifer R." responded giving me even more run around instead of just offering to fix the issue. I really do not reccomend them. ...read more
