We have rented through this realty company for a couple months now, and they never get their work done when they say they will. I had a bad feeling about them from the start because we had trouble moving in at first. To name a few: * When we looked at our future home, the maintenance guy had said they would clean the place up before we moved in, and they didn't. * There are countless things that haven't been fixed that were promised to be fixed before we moved in, also including things that have gone awry since we've moved in. * We had to pay a deposit to get the water turned on, which was not discussed before moving in. * No one ever calls you back when they say they will, so you have to continuously stay on their hide to get an answer back, and typically they don't have an answer the first couple times because they were "just about to find that out for you" Needless to say, I am very disappointed in the company.
