I reserved a party several months in advance in person with one of the owners. He did not give me anything in writing except a cash register receipt for the deposit. So a couple of weeks before the party I called to confirm the time. I again got the owner and he confirmed the date and time. Then the day of the party, about two hours before, the owner called me and said someone else had my time. No apology, no concern, just too bad so sad. He even denied talking to me when I called to confirm. I was beside myself. Fortunately, I was able to book a party last minute at the cleaner, nicer bounce party place in town called Brinca. It was more expensive, but well worth it. Kidz Ultimate Party Zone is fun and cheap for drop in play, but I would never book a party there or advise a friend to because of the unreliability of the owners. ...read more

We had ABC Moonwalks come out to our school to do an inflatable party as a fundraiser incentive. They came out the day before to determine where all the equipment would be placed. They were on time the day of the event (6:30 AM) and were great about setting up and breaking down. Their equipment was SUPERIOR!!! The bounce houses looked BRAND NEW. All of the units were super clean and professional looking. The staff that did set up and break down were very friendly and professional. We will definitly use ABC Moonwalks again!!!
