Very shoddy service, I used to love this spot...but now they kept messing up my Appointment, and the services seem rushed. last time the girl working on my pedicure kept messing up because she rushed me through so fast that I felt like I was at a drive through....my toes had bubbles on them :( and one was smudged. i asked her to fix it and she just put another layer of polish on top of that look horrible after all. some technician are still friendly...but the service is going down hill fast. For nails service recommend ask for Fong or Van them two are the best since Henry and his wife left. ...read more

THEY DON'T STERILIZE THEIR TOOLS!!! THE WORST MANI/PEDI I'VE EVER RECEIVED!! my daughter and i needed a mani/pedi for a wedding we were in the following day, and booked an apt at this place based on the customer feedback of another site. we were out of town. this place was tiny, dirty, and the services were laughable. the water they used was lukewarm or just cold! they cut me several times on my nails & toenails, and they don't sterilize their tools, they just toss them back in the box and use them on the next lady!! i was appalled, and would have left, but we had no other option as we were out of town and on a ""wedding schedule"". and they took forever! it was the worst experience i've ever had, and i have been getting manis & pedis for about 15 years. i plan on reporting them to the state cosmetology board for the sterilization issue. ...read more
