I have lived near this location for 20+ years. I've never had a bad experience. Seems like every time I go there the place is squeaky clean. Quite a few times it's the managers on the floor sweeping and cleaning. I had the new Italian sandwich for lunch earlier. It's my own personal taste and opinion but I thought it was fantastic.
