They kept my car for over a month just for minor body work. When I finally got the car back, the windshield was improperly installed and there was a new scratch on the hood. When i asked about the scratch on the hood, I was told that it may have been caused by a cat, but they didn't have time to fix it. (I don't own a cat, and I park in a garage... Also, "didn't have time"????? They had it over a month!) I called to ask about the windshield and was told that I had to have it back at the shop at 7:30am or the guy wouldn't do it. I asked when I would get my car back again, and the shop manager said he couldn't promise anything before lunch because the windshield guy might not start working on it until later. I am furious with these people. I plan on speaking with the owner today. I have also put in a request from my insurance company for a detailed summary of all of the time and supplements they supposedly had to ask for. ...read more
