The barber is an older person and works alone. If you are late for your appointment he will tell you not to come back or I don't think we can work together. I had him for 15 years and was late 6 minutes and he said I don't think we can work together. He never has many customers, but he will make you wait for him if someone walks in. I just returned from almost getting a shave and a haircut. I called to make an appointment and spoke with a less than friendly voice to come in at 2:00. I requested a haircut and shave. When I arrived and told the barber again I wanted a shave and haircut, he told me I didn't tell him I needed a shave over the phone so I could choose either a haircut or shave because he had another appointment.\t\n\t\nI told him I didn't want either and simply left. \t\n\t\nNo one greeted me with a friendly smile when I came in and the entire experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth. \t\n\t\nAbsolutely terrible customer service. \t\n ...read more
