If I could give less than a star... I would. We took our car to them to have it wired for video, only for them to do it COMPLETELY WRONG. First they told us we were missing a part, so we ordered the part, and they said once we connected it, it should work. Well, it didn't work. So we brought it back to them to have them see why it wasn't working. Then they tell us it's not wired correctly. They wanted to charge us again today to tell us that, and fix it tomorrow, which they would again charge me for work they did wrong, but should have been right the first time we paid for the service we didn't receive. According to Eric, they wired it "like 99% of the other video camera's out there"... They are supposed to be the professionals, they should have made sure it was correct the first time. They tried to tell me it was because we didn't give them directions for the camera, but excuse me... again... they SHOULD HAVE BEEN (BUT OBVIOUSLY NOT) THE PROFESSIONALS. If I could have done it myself... I would have. When I asked why they wanted to charge me today, and again tomorrow to fix it correctly, the owner said nevermind, not to charge me, but that they would not work on the car anymore. These people treated me horribly when i went in to get my tire that had warranty purchased on it replaced. They tried to accuse me of switching the tires and that I would just have to buy a new one. I argued my point with one person and then moved onto the owner. Finally must have gotten through to him as he finally after an hour of waiting an arguing decided to replace my tire under warranty, which somehow still cost $60. This place is a total scam and they seem to try to take advantage of people who may not know any better. Lucky for me I do know better and was not going to leave without a new tire.
