All the vending machines where I work, and there are many, are money vacuums. Most of the time, more than 75%, a person is lucky to get anything for the money they insert and then no change. Other machines show a price and give no change for the difference. Over the last week, just me alone, has lost almost $5 from using Moncla's vending machines. I remember where I used to work was the same problem, especially on the days when they filled or serviced the machines, usually on Friday, which meant by Monday, they had made a lot of money and sold no products. Come on Moncla's, how many years does it take to get someone who can keep these machines running without ripping everyone off. They seem to forget that those using the vending machines are customers and if they continue ripping everyone off, they won't have anyone around who trusts a machine with their name on it. ...read more
