ICS: Innovative Communication Systems

This is the 3rd time I've used ICS and I have to say I've been very impressed with both their service and professionalism. Specifically we had them install security cameras in our new location. We have a lot of different companies coming in doing different jobs, nearly all the workers leave some sort of mess that someone else is expected to clean up, but what stuck out with me about ICS is that, yes, they did make a mess, but, they never left it for anyone else to clean up. They drilled holes in the walls, cut sealing tiles, and each time after they finished something, one of them would take broom and dustpan to sweep up whatever mess they made.It's just one of the things I noticed about them, there are a number of other reasons I have to be greatful for them.If you use this company, you'll be glad you did. ...read more

I think Shaun's being a little harsh. I have had several issues with call quality with this company and can never get anyone on the phone from support. I have to submit a trouble ticket and wait. It seems to be the same issues over and over that the right equipment could address. Thank God my contract is almost over. I have worked with All Digital for years and they are always willing to help me with any service I need. I have had multiple computers serviced at All Digital and don't mind paying the rush fee to have them worked on immediately. The staff at All Digital are incredibly friendly, unlike your typical Best Buy or Radioshack stores where they are just trying to make money and move on to the next customer. They always offer me alternatives to my internet providers, cell phone service, and satellite TV, etc in order for me to save money. I feel like that is very rare to come by in the retail industry. Working with All Digital over the past few years since I moved to Austin, I have saved $100s of dollars each month!!
