For 2 service calls in a row, ABA Appliance did not show up during their scheduled service call window of 4 hours. At the end of each 4 hour service call window I called them, and they made up some lame excuse as to why they did not show up. I had prepaid them for two AC/heater service call checks for the year and this was for the second service call of the year. When I requested refund of half of the prepaid amount, they indicated that they would refund me that amount as soon as possible. It is now 3 months later and, although I have called them 3 times over the last 3 months and they indicate it is scheduled for payment, I have yet to receive the refund. I'm wondering if they are just lying to me? I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and in review of their site apparently I'm not the only "customer" wronged by ABA Appliance. ...read more
