DO NOT COME HERE! Horrible service and super expensive. I have never gotten my nails done so poorly. I got "solar nails" and two of them broke off in less than 16 hours of getting them done. I picked up some clothes and two big chunks of my nails fell off. I used the groupon pedicure coupon. I have NEVER HAD SUCH A HORRIBLE PEDICURE. I could have done the same thing they did at my house for free. They rubbed some lotion type stuff on, filed my toes, and painted them...Really!? That was supposed to be worth $40!!!!! Back to my nails....There were bubbles in my "solar" nails and He did not cut my cuticles off of my feet or nails during my services. DID I MENTION THE OWNER DID MY NAILS AND FEET! I emailed him and he was very unprofessional and did not give me my money back for my nails. Everything from the staff to the shop was dirty. I was told when I sat down that the way I wanted my nails is stupid. Then it took the man 2 1/2 hours to do a simple fill and he cut me multiple times and told me it was because I didnt know how to sit still. I had to come home and finish my nails (he didnt shape them and refused to buff them) and shower to get the stench of body odor off of me. I called all around Austin on a late Sunday afternoon. Almost every place was closing for the day. But when I called Colorful Nails, they too were closing for the day, but insisted I come in anyway. I came in and got a manicure and pedicure. Instead of trying to hurry up and get me out of the door, these wonderful women stayed an hour over and did a fabulous job on my manicure and pedicure. \t\nDue to the wonderful service that I had received for that initial appointment, I have continued to go there for the past 2 years.
