Corporate Catering Tampa, FL | Make Your Business Event Successful

Providing food for corporate events is vitally important to maintaining an image. This is because one of the key elements of hosting any event is organization. The leadership of a staff displays his or her competence and proficiency by displaying a high degree of organization. When one chooses the members of the staff and planning committee for an event, he or she needs to consider all of the variables which may be involved with carrying the event through. Weather can be a seriously inhibiting variable to consider and so can the service providers you choose to facilitate the event’s organization. The desired music providers may not be available or the special guest may not be able to attend. However, if there is one hired service you should always be able to count on; it should be your catering. Food services make or break the mood and atmosphere on an event. This is why when a committee or an organizational leader is planning and preparing his or her next event, he or she must consider all the different pallets the guests may have. To create a certain mood in the room, the food must be both varied but themed so that the choices can please many while still contributing to the desired affect or theme. There is a high degree of professionalism involved in selecting the best food choices for a certain event. Most catering services are limited in their ability to vary the foods they can offer “on the go.” Many catering services in Tampa, FL boast an efficient work force, quick service and good food. These are all well and good, but they seem to be the bare necessities for a worthwhile catering service. What brings one catering service above another is the degree to which the service is willing to be flexible in food choice. For this reason, renowned catering providers like Corporate Caterers in Tampa, FL are committed to going above and beyond the expected value of a standard caterer. Often the choice of Tampa catering service is another variable to consider when planning the event. However, the expert chefs and the premium servers at the best corporate catering services desire to move away from the status quo. Instead of being a variable, the best caterers want to be a constant, unchanging facet of the event’s details. Of the most professional catering companies, Corporate Caters is happy to offer a vast variety of foods and flavors for every event imaginable. They can even help the event organization leader decide which food would be best for the desired effect. They want to be flexible, in food choice, time of operation, and all desired aspects of catering service. This flexibility means that the caterer can be a dependable service which you will not have to worry about when considering variable for your event. Commit to the correct caterer, and you will save much time and hassle from the decision making portion of the event planning and preparation. The experts at Corporate Caterers will facilitate the decision of meal plan and your planning can go smoother and easier. The best caterers are the ones who consider great food and top quality service the least they can do. They go a step further and provide flexibility for all needing corporate catering in Tampa, FL. ...read more

Catering Tampa, FL; Catering to the Five Senses

The point of a catering service is pretty simple; provide food. At its most basic level, that’s the task of a caterer. Food, however, is one of those things where simplicity isn’t the most practiced virtue. Being a caterer involves much more than just food. The top-notch catering companies in Tampa, FL, such as Corporate Caterers for example, know that their performance hinges on appealing to all five of a person’s senses. Providing excellent catering services is more than just cooking and serving food, it takes high levels of coordination and teamwork for a catered even to go off without a hitch. It’s common to see catering companies going beyond simple food service and taking on event management as a whole. Sight: Sight is arguably our most important sense, so it seems obvious that making food visually appealing should be a top priority. Some catering companies don’t put much emphasis on how their food is presented and that is a big mistake. The arrangement of the fare should be tasteful (no pun intended) and not over-done. You want the food to be visually appealing without looking like you tried really hard to make it so. People are very likely to pick food based on appearance alone so that makes presentation a major area of concern for a caterer. Smell: Much like sight, you experience the smell of food before you taste it. Smell is another powerful sense that can have a strong influence on the choices people make. Let’s use coffee as an example. It has such a unique and pleasant aroma that the smell triggers people to want a cup of coffee. Using the freshest ingredients and proper cooking technique is the best way to ensure that your food smells as good as it looks and tastes. Touch: Touch is an interesting sense because most people associate touching with their hands. Texture is very important when it comes to food. Some people won’t drink soda because they dislike the carbonation. My own sister refuses to eat coconut because she dislikes not the flavor, but the consistency. It’s important for catering companies to ensure their food is texturally appealing. Fruit and vegetables are a good example in this case. Fruits that are not ripe yet will be hard and bitter, like a green banana. Vegetables that are too old can get mushy and bruised. The freshest ingredients are the ones with the best textures. Taste: Obviously this goes without saying, but the food needs to taste good. Companies who specialize in catering in Tampa, FL are dedicated to providing meals that look and taste great. A catering company with terrible food isn’t going to last long at all. If you’re looking for a caterer then pick one with years of experience in the industry.  ...read more

BEWARE!!!!! If you would like to be treated with respect and courtesy then stay away from this place. I have never in my life dealt with a more difficult set of people. First of all this is a family run buisness and the people who are running it are jerks. Starting with the owner Willie and his wife. I have planned several sweet fifteen partys and two weddings and I have never had this many problems with a hall. They would not open the hall until 30minutes before your event was set to start. So people like the cake lady, catering and most importantly the music had to scramble to set up everything and be ready before guests were allowed to come in. Our poor DJ had to set up in an hour instead of his usual 2hrs because they would not let them in. He was still setting up while our guests were eating dinner. The owners state that if you need extra time for your vendors then you need to pay for extra hours??? How is that okay? Every other hall I have rented have made it possible for you to enter at least three hours before your event. Our decoration lady had to go set up on Thursday and had a total of 1hour and a half to set up for a party of 300 people!!! Needless to say she did not finish and was forced to go back on Saturday and finish the job. I don't want to waste another breath talking about our experience but I feel it's my duty to let other people know what they are getting into if you rent this hall. As a family we have never been spoken to with such disrespect by anyone much less someone we paid so much money to. This hall is very beautiful but that was all overshadowed by the way we were treated and all of the problems we experienced. I hope this review will help someone else. I wish I could have seen it before we made the decision to rent this space ...read more

I had the worst experience at this hotel. I wasn't expecting much since it was a cheap hotel, but I did not expect my experience to be this bad. At check-in, they gave us the wrong room, we were moved to another room. That room had no towels or pillows. We called the front desk. Instead of bringing us anything, they made us come to the front desk check out a key to another room and bring the stuff over from that room to our new room. When I asked for extra towels, they said housekeeping doesn't work Sundays and they didn't have any at the desk. The next day our toilet flooded. We called the front desk, no answer. We went to the front desk and it took 5 minutes for anyone to respond because no one was there. They placed us in a new room and told us to come back later to get our stuff that was left in the bathroom. When we went back the next day, everything was left the same and the floor was still flooded. We had to climb on top of things just to get to our stuff in the flooded bathroom. After this experience, we left a message for the manager since she wasn't there. We still have not heard back from her. I called the corporate office. They said someone would get back to me in three days. No one did. I called again and they said, "Oh we gave you 10 percent off, that's why no on called." I told them I'd still like to talk to someone. They said it would be another three business for me to hear back. If you have a choice, DO NOT stay at this hotel! ...read more
