GENERIC- Toner, or other parts or supplies manufactured by a company other than the O.E.M. Manufacturer. Generic or "compatible" products usually are less expensive than O.E.M. products. REMANUFACTURED- O.E.M. products that have been returned to a "like-new" status by rebuilding the cartridge with new parts and supplies. COMPATIBLE- Cartridges that may be defined as generic or remanufactured, depending on the item. Re-built (or remanufactured) toner cartridges can offer significant cost savings to the savvy consumer. These products are sometimes referred to as "aftermarket" or "3rd party" supplies.We only carry compatible and remanufactured toner and drum cartridges that are produced under ISO certified standards. Other companies will "drill and fill" the same cartridge many times without replacing wear parts, which can result in cartridges leaking or locking causing downtime or damage.  Our suppliers first disassemble and inspecte all cartridges for possible damage.
