I hired Kim Fetzer to redo my kitchen and it looked amazing when he finished. He was very polite and had everything done in a matter of time. Very poor experience. On 5/13/15 Mr. Reyes came to our home, collected his payment, signed an agreement stating that he would remove the tree on or before 5/19/15. He did not show up until many days after. The tree was later cut down, but no clean up was done and one section of the tree stump was still so large that it had pre-cut marks. My husband attempted REPEATEDLY to contact Mr. Reyes about removal, the only things achieved were rude texts from Mr. Reyes stating he was “trying” and promised dates of removal. It is now 6/15/15. Today was another promised date of removal of the giant tree in our yard posing a hazard for our two dogs. I took a day off of work (lost money) moved the tree so that we could have it removed,& cleaned the brush. I have sent Mr. Reyes confirmation of this and that he is no longer welcome on our property. Mr. Reyes is not an honest business man who upholds his word; all of this from a man who wanted to run for city council of my neighborhood. ...read more
