This is one place you want to avoid. They shortchange you at move in, provide shoddy maintenance during your stay, and then nickel and dime you upon moving out. They first deceive you by showing apartment units with remodeled bathrooms and then give you one with no remodeling done. I even asked specifically whether I would get a bathroom like the one they showed me and they said yes (deceptive trade practices). Then during my stay, they would only do the bare minimum to fix things like a broken ac (never cold), fix water temperature in the showers (it was either burning hot or freezing), control pests (wasps at every corner). This is even more ridiculous considering the fact that they include a maintenance and pest control charge in the rent. Then to top it off, upon moving out they give you a checklist with about 50 items that must be in new/clean condition. If not they will charge you mercilessly. I would rate this place with no stars but I do not have the option. Long story short, they do not care about their tenants as long as they pay their rent. I have a ton of things that need to be fixed in the condo I am renting from them and they refuse to fix them, things that were promised to be fixed within the first month of living here. I love my 3 bedroom townhome! I have 2 awesome jacuzzi tubs, tons of room, and here comes the kicker.....I have free internet and basic cable! Oh and an attached garage with a remote. All I have to do if anyghing breaks is make a phone call. The best part is the office people and maintenance guys are super helpful and professional and nice.
