Leslie and Brenda are very pushy sales people that will tell you lies to get you to stage their run down properties. They will treat you as if they are doing you a favor when in reality you are helping them with your furniture and decor. They are unprofessional and unethical. Worst decision you will ever make is to live in one of their homes. You will not save any money and they will NOT reimburse you a dime for fixing their beatup properties. RUN! ...read more

Mansion Minders sounds like a great idea... but in reality, you are stuck in a contract with some trashy person living in your house while you try to sell it. They say they will take care of the house and yard, but really it's up to the person living there, and they don't seem inclined to do the work. My yard now looks BAD and it's not helping the sale. They SAY they do background checks on the tenents, but unfortunatley they don't seem to check for laziness. And yes, they have furniture to put in your house, but it doesn't look good... it looks tacky and cheap. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. ...read more
