Took in my son's '85 Cadillac to get a new headliner. They a poor job with the headliner. Fabric was coming out of the trims and had wrinkles and they took two days longer than they said they would. But the worst part was that they laid the leather seats down on the concrete and got them scratched, scratched the leather steering wheel and broke the motor on the driver's seat. They took the seats out to install the fabric coming down the sides. When we got the costs of repair, they refused to get the repairs done or provide the money for the repairs.
