We used New Leaf based on friends recommendations. However, they never call you back, they don't inform you when they are coming to do work (as they said they would), and apparently Joel and his crew have a lot of miscommunication. They tore up the wrong side of our yard and then waited a month and half to fix it (and only came out after we told them we would only be paying them half for the work that they did do). The workers had no idea what we had requested. They did everything half way. They tried to lie to us about removing rocks and weeds but just placed mulch over it. Attended the Big country Home Builders Mixer tonight, Held at Beal's Was a real fun event, and of course put me outside my comfert zone, but I enjoy it there most times after I get over the awkwardness of it Now I'm not one to really enjoy mixers. Why you ask: because its feels a little like a high school dance. Everyone chatting it up, outside smoking, the popular people all has fun. Then there are the wall flowers sitting there waiting on someone to ask them to dance. THAT IS NOT going to happen! Do the hand wave across the room to builders who know my face, shake a few hands of ones I've talked with or sat with at the luncheons. Small talk with other business owners related to the building process, a sign company, title company. Pass out a few cards It was a pretty good event.
