This man will do anything he can to not fix a problem when it comes up. He will take your money and then not back the work he does. He put in a septic system that didn't work from the start and over a year later has given every dumb excuse he can for it not to be his fault. Now he wants to charge me $2000 more to fix the problem that should have been done the right way from the beginning. Had a different septic repair man come out and was informed that it has faulty forms and is backing the waste back up into the house. I notified Bill of this and he still has refused to fix it even though the system is still under warranty. Express Electric did a great job with the electrical work for our new home. We bought the place for cheap, and knew it needed work. They came down and gave us a fair assessment of what it would cost.
