Tony's Appliance Repair

I got ripped off last year by John & Adrian of Tony's Appliance - I believe they are Tony's sons. I called them to fix my dryer. They replaced 2 coils & charged me $144. Last week, my dryer broke again with the same problem. I called them up & spoke to John. He said he'd call back in 5 minutes - he never called back. I then called Mike of Ventura Appliance who was shocked to learn that the 2 coils were replaced last year. He said, they should have lasted much longer. Mike replaced the 2 coils that were in my dryer (and handed me the 2 coils that Tony's put in). I'm sure that Tony's either replaced the coils with "used" coils or just cleaned off the coils already in my dryer. Tony, the father, also ripped off my neighbor, attempting to fix her washing machine. It never worked -- he also charged her $144 - what a coincidence. My neighbor then had to go out & purchase a brand new machine. These guys are con artists!!!!
