This company is the absolute worst I have dealt with in many years!!!! Stay away. They replaced my filter and did not install any DE and left spare parts inside. Bonnie is absolutely rude on the phone and does not listen to the customers...only yells and hangs up. She refused to consider the idea that the filter was improperly installed.
