The management team is alright. They are pretty friendly, however this place is way over priced. They put new carpets down and slapped some paint on the wall to make it look nice. The apartment quickly revealed all of the problems that maintenance should have fixed. Our dishwasher started spewing brown water that smelled like rotten eggs. Maintenance came in to fix it , but it ended up happening twice after that. The dish washer also did not clean the dishes at all. Our fire alarm kept going off in our bedroom, and the fire alarm in the hallway went off everytime we took a hot shower. The bathtub kept leaking even when fixed numerous times. The last time maintenance "fixed" it, our shower pressure began to suck. ...read more
