Excellent company! We have always called MARS to come out and repair our appliances. The girls in the office are friendly and efficient. They always explain things over the phone. The technicians that come out are very professional and explain the repair work to be done. MARS has a great group of technicians. We have met 4 of the guys and each one has been very pleasant and helpful. This company has recently repaired our refrigerator, our dryer was repaired by them over 2 years ago and is still going strong and our HVAC install that they did was well priced and the work was well done. They even clean up the area before and after they leave. And have shoe covers if you ask them to put them on their feet. No problem. We will always use this company. ...read more
