Quite simply the worst customer service I've experienced in a very long time. Assistant Manager, Noel, was completely unsympathetic to my request and obviously didn't even understand why I should have a problem. Manager, Karen, had one of those - I'm just doing what I've been told attitudes. And while she was marginally more understanding, would not do anything to help. After I placed an order online yesterday (to be delivered yesterday) the "free deliver" banner appeared. I spoke to the online chat people who said the store could refund the delivery charge. In the meantime the delivery driver called me to say that they could not deliver yesterday because of the weather and that they would deliver today with a "complimentary" box of Something or other. The delivery charge was to have the delivery made yesterday - it wasn't, so should have been automatically refunded. Noel tried to tell me that the "complimentary" item cost more than the delivery so I should just take that. I thought the complimentary item was an apology for not delivering the arrangement as required. Apparently it was my fault for not putting the code in when I placed the order. It's unusual in this economy to have a business treat people so poorly. I will post my review wherever I can to show people the lack of attention to customer service here. This place is horrible!!!! The flowers I got were nothing what the picture looked like and they called me the day before and told me I had a delivery the next day! The owner was not nice at all and the flowers were missing the ballon and the chocolates that were suppose to be included. HORRIBLE SERVICE and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! ...read more

I have many best stories. Because I deal in emotions, and feelings, I get to know my customers pretty well. I have numerous regular male customers who first called me to send flowers early in their relationships. As the relationships progressed, and they continued to send flowers, the recipients would call to ask for a bridal consultation. Then, after I'd done their wedding flowers, in time, I'd get a call to send flowers to a hospital for the birth of their first child. Anniversaries, birthdays, good times, and yes, some sad times, I am privey to the events in my customers lives, and they do become friends, and family to me. I'm lucky enough to have many relationships like this, born from that first phone call. Thank you all for supporting my business and being my friends.
