Designer Floor

By sue4321 at Citysearch

After four different attempts to get an estimate and get a follow up, including going to the store personally, I gave up. I am not thinking I should beg you to take a substantial amount of money. If the estimate service is this bad I can only think that the installation and follow up would be worse. Once they cancelled saying they had no staff. They lost the estimate. Then after a week, it was still not done. Went to Lowes and got great service, follow up and calls asking if it was satisfactory. ...read more

Hamilton Estate Draperies

While trends have been shifting to vivid colors, we were surprised to have the most favorable response to this pairing of teal and cognac printed damask on linen from our monthly newsletter.  The coloring of the Hamilton Estate Linen is a fresh twist on favorites from the past several years. Instead of robin's egg, we have a teal green or blue spruce color. Instead of yellow or brown, we have rich cognac.  No matter what the main color is, clients are choosing lesser used gold and silver colors as accents. Popular choices are Titanium (dark metallic grey), antique bronze (has more color than oil rubbed bronze), Cognac (darker than camel), Molasses (more golden than brown), Steel (darker and cooler than silver), and rose gold (pink tint to light gold).   We believe the popular response to the Hamilton Estate Drapery is greatly influenced by the teardrop bead trim which emphasizes the cognac accent. Also, the coloration and weight of the fabric is appealing for all areas of the country.  We would love to know your opinion about this fabric and decorating trends. Enjoy tips, new introductions, and join in the conversation.
